We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email your order confirmation to joanne@bloopbloop.net, and our logistics manager will assist you with the return process.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please ensure the complete address is included on your shipping label to avoid any delivery delays.

Once your return has been dispatched, kindly email us the tracking number so we can monitor its progress. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and passed our inspection. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been completed.
