Growing up my parents worked hard for our family, finding different jobs to keep our family going, as immigrants in AMERICA in the 1980s. OUR DAD was an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER and OUR mom was a PARALEGAL, but then they were pulled towards entrepreneurship, building their manufacturing company back home in Asia. Our family moved to Hong Kong when my siblings and I were 3 years old. My mom ran a successful manufacturing business for two decades and retired three years ago. She reignited her spark for pursuing her goal of starting her own fashion brand — after all those years of hard work and providing for her family, she is finally able to truly go after her dreams.

My mom and I decided to work on that dream together, now that I have assembled my own team and built my own creative agency. My sister also joined in as an advisor, completing it as a family run and operated brand. The ethos of the brand originated from my mom’s dream of starting her own fashion line, hence the name being OMNI MATTER, because we want to signal that all dreams matter, that’s why our motto for the brand is FOR GIRlS THAT MATTER.
